<p>PURPOSE:To enable a uniform cooling of rice without dropdown of rice bran and dust and without moisturing the rice by humidity by a method wherein a suction port and an exhaust port communicating with an enviromental cooled room are pierced in an upper part of a side wall of a rice storage tank which is provided in a central part of a box so that rice can be stored in the tank. CONSTITUTION:For example, a box 1 is divided vertically into two parts by a floor plate 2 and the upper part is covered by heat insulating material. A rice storage room 3 is provided in the center of the upper part and supports a rice storage tank 4 upright. An opening in an upper part of the rice storage tank 4 is closed tight with an opening/closing lid 5, a discharge port 6 in a bottom part is provided with an opening/closing shutter and a drawable rice receiver 8 is provided in a front part downward the discharge port 6. A suction port 10 and an exhaust port 11 which communicate with a cooled room 9 surrounding the rice storage tank 4 are pierced in an upper part of a side wall of the rice storage tank 4, so that ventilation can be made. The suction port 10 is provided with a fan 12 which blows cooled air in the cooled room 9 into the rice storage tank 4. Further a cooling device consisting of a compressor 13, a vaporizor 14 and a radiator 15 is installed in the box 1, with the vaporizor 14 arranged within the cooled room 9, so that the cooled air is generated in the room 9.</p> |
