PURPOSE:To enable to simply cook cooking materials into a soft and suitable cooked product having an excellent flavor without deforming the shapes of the cooking materials by placing an inner paper pan having cooking materials and water therein in an outer ceramic pan having water therein and subsequently boiling the water. CONSTITUTION:An inner paper pan 2 whose one surface is e.g. coated with PP resin and which has cooking materials and water therein is placed in an outer ceramic pan 1 having water 4 therein, and the outer pan 1 is heated to boil the water 4, thereby permitting to cook the cooking materials in the inner pan 2. |
