摘要 PURPOSE:To prepare the subject confection having an excellent flavor and preservability by performing processes after a process for decomposing the tissue of a plant containing chlorophyll under a light-shielding condition and subsequently packaging the obtained snack confection with a packaging material having a light-shielding property. CONSTITUTION:In a process for preparing a snack confection from a chlorophyll-containing plant such as peas as a raw material, processes after a process for decomposing the tissue of the plant are performed under a substantially light-shielding state, and the obtained snack confection is packaged with a packaging material (e.g. aluminum foil) having a light-shielding property to provide the objective confection.
