摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate browning damage and retain the freshness by packaging unripe UME (plum) together with an ethylene remover in a packaging material having a high oxygen gas permeability. CONSTITUTION:The freshness of unripe UME is retained by packaging unripe UME together with an ethylene remover (preferably a brominated polyvinylpyridine-based resin ethylene remover) having >=40 ml complete ethylene absorption based on 1kg unripe UME in a packaging material (preferably a high-density PE film having 7-14mum thickness and >=0.93 specific gravity or ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer film with 20-40mum thickness) having >=7000ml/ m<2>.1atm.24hr oxygen gas permeability at 25 deg.C.</p>
