PURPOSE:To enable shipment of asphalt blended materials to be shipped by the driver of a dump truck even when an operator is absent at a control room by storing shipping information in a magnetic card, reading out the shipping information on the magnetic card by a card reader provided in the neighborhood of a silo, and supplying it to the controller of the silo. CONSTITUTION:The driver of the dump truck who is the receiver of the asphalt blended material parks the dump truck at a prescribed position underneath the silo 10 and sets the magnetic card on which the shipping information is written on the card reader 21 in the neighborhood of the silo 10. The card reader 21 reads out the shipping information written on the magnetic card and sends it to the controller 1. The controller 1 ships the asphalt blended material by controlling the silo 10 based on the shipping information, and also, holds the shipping information. Thereby, it is possible to perform the operation of the silo 10 by the driver of the dump truck who is the receiver of the asphalt blended material without depending on the operator of the controller 1.
