PURPOSE:To facilitate the handling of a planographic plate and reduce the occupancy area of a device by storing the planographic plate in a cylindrical developing drum, coating a processing solution, and applying the scraping processing. CONSTITUTION:A planographic plate 1 is inserted through an insertion port A in the vertical state. The planographic plate 1 is formed into a nearly cylindrical face along a guide roller 4 in a developing drum 2. A developing solution in a developing tank 6 is scooped out by a pump 7 and fed to rotary nozzles 5 and scattered into a shower shape. The nozzles 5 are rotated, and the developing solution is scattered on the whole photosensitive face of the planographic plate 1 in the drum 2. The water in the water tank 9 is scooped out by a pump 10 and fed to the nozzles 5, and the washing water is scattered into the shower shape. A brush roller 13 is closely stuck to the planographic plate 1 and rotated and moved to scrape the whole surface of the planographic plate 1, and the swollen photosensitive resin layer of a non-image section is scraped off. |
