In a method with a concreting stage 1, a stage 4 of rapid setting within an oven 5, a stage 6 of opening the mould, a stage 7 of demoulding and a stage 9 of cleaning and application of shuttering (formwork) remover to the mould for its immediate reuse, the improvements consist in carrying out the demoulding operation 7 without inverting the mould 2 and using direct traction on the shaped piece 8, with the interaction of a gantry (travelling) crane 10 or any other appropriate means, simultaneously applying a vibratory movement to the piece in order to facilitate its demoulding. <IMAGE>
