A first reset section (108) detects an abnormally low voltage when the voltage is lower than a pre-set voltage. A second reset section (109) which detects an abnormally high voltage outputs its output signals to both a microprocessor (101) and a reset terminal (R). A temperature detecting section (103) detects low, medium and high temperatures, and outputs its output signals to a temperature detection input terminal (G2). A trigger synchronization signal generating section (110) outputs its output signals to both an input voltage discriminating terminal (G1) and a synchronization input terminal (1No). The apparatus eliminates user errors.
