PURPOSE:To separate and pack soybean curd without damaging the soybean curd, by carrying a soybean curd block toward the soybean curd-cutting blades of many dividing plates to cut the soybean curd block into respective pieces, discharging the cut soybean curd pieces from the dividing plates and subsequently receiving the pieces in packing containers through an auxiliary frame. CONSTITUTION:Many dividing plates 20 are vertically disposed on a bottom plate 18 arranged in a water tank in a submerged state, and cutting blades are formed at the front ends of the dividing plates to provide a soybean cutting blade 16. A small soybean curd block is carried toward the soybean cutting blade 16 to cut the soybean curd block into respective pieces. The formed soybean pieces held between the dividing plates are discharged one every other piece and temporarily received in auxiliary frames. The intervals of the auxiliary frames are shortened to intervals for arranging soybean curd-packing containers 56, and the cut soybean pieces are inserted into the packing containers. |
