Point welding tongs with exchangeable electrodes of known type. The device constitutes a system of two parallel electrode holders (3) with water holes (1 and 2). Mounted on ends of these holders (3) are mutually symmetrical exchangeable electrodes (4). The electrodes, whose tips touch each other, have water holes (5) in which tubes (6) are inserted, the other ends of the tubes being fixed to the holders (3). The other end of one of the electrode holders (3) is firmly linked with a connector (8), the latter having a water hole (7) and being adjustably mounted on a casing (9). The other electrode holder (3) is firmly linked with a connector (11), the latter having a water hole (10) and being adjustably mounted in one end of an arm (9). This arm is in turn rotationally mounted on the casing (9) through an insulating sleeve (13) and a pin (14). The other end of the arm (12) is coupled through an articulated joint with a piston rod (15) of a pneumatic servo motor (16), which servo motor is also connected with the casing (9) through an articulated joint. On the opposite side of the device, on the axis line of electrode holders (3), a welding transformer (20) is screwed (19) to the casing (9). One pole of a secondary coil of this transformer is galvanicly joined with the connector (8) of the electrode holder (3).
