Apparatus for simultaneously displaying both an image to be reproduced and the original image proper. It comprises: - a flat transparent panel (2) onto whose reverse side the image to be reproduced is optically projected, and on whose front side a sheet is laid on which said projected image appears transparently and can therefore be reproduced; - a reflective surface (6) situated behind the plane of said panel (2) and adjustable through a plurality of positions relative to a plane approximately parallel to said support (2); - and lastly a unit (10), also situated behind the plane of the panel and able to throw the image to be reproduced onto the reverse side of said panel (2). Application: for reproducing an image on a panel, especially from a photographic slide. <IMAGE>
