The reinforcement orthesis is intended to maintain an autologous transplant (30) provided with bone fragments (30a, 30b) in a ligament position between two articulation bones, and to protect it from traction forces at least until solidification of the osseous calluses, and it consists of a net (1) made of a polymer textile which will enclose the transplant and will be clipped onto the bone. The textile is spun from a polymer formed by a chain of aromatic rings provided with groups which are active in the para position, such as a paraphenylene terephthalamide, and the net (1) consists of chain strands (10) which intersect with weft threads (11) passing to and fro between two selvedges (12-13) in such a way as to exhibit an anisotropy of elongation with a minimum elongation in the longitudinal direction; a lace (14) runs to and fro between the selvedges in order to tighten the net (1) around the transplant. <IMAGE>
