<p>PURPOSE:To connect and separate a pipe joint quickly and certainly by equipping a guide surface for correcting the position of the dolly, a lock cylinder for locking and unlocking a dolly, and a locking means for fixing a vehicle and the dolly at a certain distance. CONSTITUTION:When a vehicle 10 and a dolly 30 come near, a lock shaft intrudes to a tapered opening of a lock cylinder 60 on the dolly 30 side, which together with action of a supporting means corrects the positions in the vertical direction and the direction left and right, and pipe joint members 52, 22 of the dolly 30 and vehicle 10 are put in perfect alignment simultaneously. If the dolly 30 is further advanced, the lock cylinder 60 and lock shaft are locked in the most advanced position, and the pipe joint members 52, 22 on the dolly 30 side and vehicle 10 side are connected simultaneously. To separate these pipe joints 52, 22, the lock shaft and lock cylinder 60 are unlocked through the action of a fluid pressure, and the dolly 30 is put in free state and retreated from the vehicle 10, and now the two pipe joints 52, 22 are separated naturally.</p> |
