<p>An imaging sensing device, such as a video camera recorder, which provides search on place using positional information recorded on a tape and easy editing and management. An image sensing means (101) converts the image of a subject to electrical signals and outputs them. A means (102) for processing video signals converts the output of the image sensing means (101) to video signals. A means (103) for recording video signals converts the video signals to video recording signals and records them on a tape (106). A means (104) for sensing a present position senses the geographic position of the camera and outputs it as present position data. As the means (104) for sensing a present position, there are a global positioning system, an information system between motorcar and road, a new motor traffic information system and the like.
