The file is comprised of a single sheet of material wherein are made two parallel split lines (I and D), separated by a variable distance and perpendicular to the base, said lines facilitating the folding of the file wherein is incorporated a tube (S) adhered or fixed to the internal back (L) of the file by means of anchoring devices (A) of any type, thereby leaving the exterior side of the file free of any rivet, perforation or any other type of visible anchoring (A).
