A method of neutralising oily industrial sewage resulting from the production process of bituminous masses characterised in that oily sewage is mixed with the aggregate of 0-5 mm fraction and sand in the proportion providing their further powder liquidity, the most preferably, in the proportion of 10 litres of sewage per 1 m<3> of aggregate with sand, and next, the mixture is supplied to a rotary dryer in a device for production of bituminous masses, where flammable parts of oil suspended matter are burned in the temperature of 200-250 degrees C.
