In this bracelet (2) the flexible band (3) intended to surround the wrist of the user is fixed by one of its ends (3b) to a box (4), on which a tear-off, self-adhesive label (5) can be fastened, bearing the information (6) and which includes means able to retain the band (3) when it comes back on itself after having gone round the wrist, these means being configured in such a way that putting them into inactive phase entails the tearing of the label (5). <IMAGE>
