A sealing for a rolling bearing, with the bearing mounted in a seat made in a casing and closed with a gland-shaped cap rimmed with a circular sealing round in cross-section. The cap is clamped with an outer ring of the bearing. The sealing is distinctive in that the cylindrical part of the cap (1) has a seat (4) where two clamping rings are situated, the outer one (5) and the inner one (6), their cross sections in the form of reversed truncated cones placed on a cylinder; the cones with built-in permanent magnets (7) face each other; there are elastic inner and outer circular seals (8 and 9) held securely by the force of the permanent magnets (7) between the side surfaces of the clamping rings (5, 6); the outer clamping ring (5) is fixed firmly in the seat (4) while the inner clamping ring (6) is mounted slidably.<IMAGE>
