PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the assembly workability by making the sum of the thickness of a rubber plate and a sponge-like rubber mat smaller than the depth of a recess provided with the exhaust port of a cover. CONSTITUTION:Silicone oil is coated around the exhaust port 5 of a cover 3, a rubber plate 1 is put on it, and furthermore a sponge-like rubber mat 2 is mounted. The sum of the thickness of the rubber plate 1 and sponge-like rubber mat 2 is made smaller than the depth of the recess of the cover 3. Therefore, an upper cover 4 mounted on the sponge-like rubber mat 2 sinks in the recess of the cover 3, thus the upper cover 4 is not displaced from the predetermined position while being moved to the ultrasonic ware sticking process. Accordingly, the deterioration of workability never occurs. |
