<p>A predicting machine (20) and a learning machine (30) provided in the conventional arrangement as new components. The predicting machine predicts instantaneous speed errors based on a plurality of speed errors, whereby delay in phase due to the sampling can be eliminated. The learning machine removes torque ripple contents of a motor from the speed errors. As the result, the region of motor speed control can be enlarged and irregularity of rotation can be greatly decreased. When the predicting machine is singly used, an accurate change rate in data prior to the current sampling can be obtained from a plurality of sample data, so that the delay in phase caused by the digital processing can be removed.</p> |
