The polishing device is comprised of a sort of rotary " squirrel cage", embodied by a plurality of bars (9) mounted perimetrically with respect to a drive shaft (3) with the collaboration of a pair of discs or flywheels (2-2'), there being arranged on each of the bars (9) a plurality of sander washers (10) which present an insertion orifice or hole (12) which are substantially excentric so that the sander washers (10) have a tendency to adopt a position of maximum spacing with respect to the shaft (3), by centrifugal force when said shaft is rotating, in other words in an effective situation of the polishing device, and when said sander washers impinge on the section or molding to be sandered, they will retract to a major or minor extent, adapting themselves with perfect accuracy to said section or molding. |
