PURPOSE:To accurately calculate the moment of an object within an image at high speed without being affected by noise by calculating the moment of the object within the image by means of the setting of moment calculation zones. CONSTITUTION:A moment calculation zone setting means 1 sets the moment calculation zone in which the moment for only the range corresponding to the position of the object within the image is calculated. A moment calculation means 2 calculates the processing of calculating the moment for the zone set by the moment calculation zone setting means 1. Thus, since the moment is calculated by setting the moment calculation zone for the object within the image, the calculation of the moment can be executed at high speed, the influence of the noise can be eliminated and the accurate moment calculation can be performed. |
