1. The invention concerns a cut-off valve with flusher, consisting of body with inner-set cut-off rotary element with hole for flow of reconsolidating mixture, the element is rotated by lever and insulated in body, characterised in that it has between body (1) of valve and rotary cut-off valve (6), body (15) of axis perpendicular to axis of body (1), the body (15) has hole (4) coaxial with hole (8) of rotary cut-off element (6), which is insulated in body (15) by means of insulating rings (2, 3), however, rotary cut-off element (6) is adapted in its shape to mate with body (15), also inner side of bottom (14) of body (15) has channel (17) located on circumference of diameter lesser than diameter of bottom (14), and passage channel (18), whereas top part of rotary cut-off element (6) protruding above body (1) has axial channel (9) connected to at least two radial channels (10) located below rings (2, 3), however, channels (9, 18) are connected to leads which supply flushing agent.<IMAGE>
