System of the overcurrent protection and warning of amplifier overload with two-stage output operating with the microprocessor; is characterised in that transistor emitter circuit of the protected amplifier (1) contains sensor (4) of the output current (2) connected through the interfacing resistor (10) with negative resistance element (8), which (8) is connected to the key input (7) and condenser (9) with serially connected input of the known multiplier (11) with low input dynamic resistance with voltaic separation and with the output signal (13) to the microprocessor, while the transistor collector circuit of the protected amplifier (1) has the object regulator device (3), as well as the amplifier (1) with serially connected Zener diode in its input circuit (5) controlled through the known amplifier (14) by the microprocessor signal (12) and with the standard conducting key (7).<IMAGE>
