<p>A device which is particularly, but not exclusively intended for use by a football player as a physical training and technical training aid, for instance in simulating the kicking of a football. The device comprises a first, inner container (10) filled with a material (12), and a second, outer container (14) which embraces the first container (10), wherein at least the second outer container is made of a durable material. The inventive device or aid is characterized in that the filling material (12) in the inner container (10) occupies from between 50 % and 90 % of the total volumetric capacity of the container (10), preferably about 75 %, such that the device will deform plasticly when subjected to an external force.</p> |
