The invention relates to an easily removable device intended to cover the fastening bases of lamp posts or signalling poles. It consists of several parts (1) of identical shape and dimensions. Each part includes a cut-out (2) and a rib (3) on the lower face. When the parts are assembled around the base of the lamp post (4), they form a device covering its base, into which the anchoring bolt shanks (5) fit, and which can be positioned equally well over 360 DEG around the lamp post (4).
