PURPOSE:To eliminate leakage of fluid in fluid spaces and maintain a drive force to alter the path area of an orifice small by composing an orifice composing body of hollow cylindrical bodies closely fitted coaxially and valve body inserted slidably and rotatably from one end of each hollow cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:The 1st flow chamber 20 is formed between an orifice composing body 13 positioned in a space formed under a supporting elastic body 7 and the elastic body 7 positioned upward; the 2nd flow chamber 30 is formed between the orifice composing body 13 and a diaphragm 33. By the continuous partitions 15a on the outer wall surface of a hollow cylindrical body 15, the 1st spiral orifice 17 is formed between the hollow cylindrical body 15 and the shell portion 1b of a housing 1; the 2nd spiral orifice 23 is formed between the hollow cylindrical body 21 and large diameter hollow cylindrical body 15. A valve body 25 is rotatably inserted from one end of the large diameter hollow cylindrical body 15 and small diameter hollow cylindrical body 21. Since the restricted direction against vibration differs between the hollow cylindrical bodies 15 and 21, and valve body 25, resonance system is prevented from being formed and the leakage of fluid between them may not occur.
