PURPOSE:To prevent wrinkles and flaws from being produced on a body of a vessel by causing the body of vessel to move in the axial direction of an eccentric shaft even if said body is deformed. CONSTITUTION:After a body 12 of a vessel is filled with liquid, a lid 18 is put on the upper end of the body 12. When a lower mold 40 rises and the body 12 is fitted in a receiving hole 45, parts 55, 56 of a pair of eccentric shafts 47, 48 provided on opposite sides of the hole 45 projection into the hole 45 clamp a drum 13 of the body 12 from both sides thereof, whereby the body 12 is deformed inwardly, so that a deformed part of the body 12 is displaced into a space 46 in the axial directions of the shafts 47, 48. If the mold 40 further rises, a push plate 71 being urged downward by a spring 77 of a seal head 41 presses against the lid 18 and a flange 17. If the mold 40 further rises, a ring heating part 80 presses against the flanges 17 outside an opening 15 from above a periphery 25 of the opening of the lid 18 to effect melting and sealing. |
