<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to discriminate whether or not call connection is possible by discriminating a disposal condition of cell quality using a particular condition. CONSTITUTION:Letting a set of the max value of transmission rate of a cell of call type 1, call type 2,..., and call type K and their average values be (MAX1, AVG1), (MAX2, AVG2),... and (MAXK, AVGK), the number of calls belonging to call type 1, call type 2,..., and call type K that are already connected and are requested to be newly connected to a multiplexer be N1, N2,..., NK, and the output line speed be C (positive number) cell/sec, the value of deltaij with i=j be 1, and the value of deltaij with inot equal to j be 0, respectively, if the condition that a disposal condition of the quality of cell of call type j (i=1,..., K) calculated by substituting the root of formula I with respect to s into s of formula II is less than an allowable value of call type j meets with all of call types with the number of connections not being zero, connection of calls whose connection is requested is admitted, and if the condition does not meet for at least one call type, the request for connecting calls is denied. With this, the discrimination of whether or not call connection is possible is done quickly.</p> |
