摘要 PURPOSE:To carry out image deformation processing without using a large capacity memory by providing the digital image processor with a data change point detecting means for discriminating whether or not following image data changes and for deriving output when the change is made. CONSTITUTION:Digital image data is two-dimensional data constituted by a plurality of arrays of line data items, each consisting of a plurality of picture elements, and when a change point occurs in image data to be input, the change point is detected by a data change point detecting means 105 or 205. Further, a change point address of a deformation image obtained by adding a predetermined amount of deformation to the change point address is calculated and stored. Furthermore, when an address of image data to be input coincides with a change point address of deformation image, a coincidence signal is output, thereby inversing the output level of a deformation data generating means 302. The deformation data generating means 302 derives a binary output, for example, the output of white level or of black level, and at the deformation data change point the output is inverted. In this case, the output from the deformation data generating means 302 becomes data that image data is deformed by a predetermined amount of deformation. With this, an image can be deformed using a memory with less capacity.
