PURPOSE:To perform the systematic management of each equipment by providing plural second controllers which manage first controllers in unit of group, and third controllers which perform the transmission/reception of equipment information between the second controllers, and performing control classified by every function by each third controller. CONSTITUTION:Supervisory consoles (KSC) 1-3 are connected to all the master controllers(MSC) 1-8, and the transmission/reception of information are performed among the MSCs 1-8. A keyboard(KBD) which inputs the equipment information, etc., and a CRT which outputs the equipment information and printers(PRN) 1, 2 are connected to the KSCs 1-3. The KSC1 performs the management of an air-conditioning function for an air-conditioner mainly, and the KSC2 performs the management of power function for power equipment mainly, and the KSC3 performs the management of fire prevention/burglar prevention for fire prevention/burglar prevention equipment mainly. In other words, the KSCs 1-3 are perform the control at every system separated in accordance with the function of the equipment. In such a way, since facility managed by the KSCs 1-3 are distributed classified by every function, the management of a building can be easily performed. |
