PURPOSE:To obtain the subject particle having spherical form, sharp in particle size distribution and high in strength and heat-resistance while having low dielectric constant and low hygroscopicity by crosslinking a polybutadiene in the presence of a silicone compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective particle is produced by crosslinking a polybutadiene in the presence of a silicone compound (preferably dimethyl silicone, methyl phenyl silicone, methyl trifluoropropyl silicone, methyl hydrogen silicone and alkyl-modified silicone). The amount of the silicone compound is preferably 4-20 pts.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. of polybutadiene. |
