PURPOSE:To easily adjust transmitting torque characteristic by rotating both driven shafts in one body with a multiple disc clutch to insure high transmitting torque if necessary, using a small sized differential pump, and properly adjusting respective characteristics of the differential pump and cam mechanism. CONSTITUTION:In a differential case 1 which is rotated interlocking with a drive shaft side through a drive gear 11, a differential device 2 of planetary gear mechanism, a vane pump 3 as a differential pump, a multiple disc clutch 4, and a cam mechanism 5 are provided. By oil pressure generated in the differential pump 3 according to rotating speed difference between the differential case 1 and the right side driven shaft R, differential movement between the drive shaft side and the right side driven shaft R is limited, and hence differential movement between both driven shafts L, R due to the differential device 2 is limited to perform appropriate torque distribution. If necessary, by moving the differential pump 3 with the cam mechanism 5 to directly engage the multiple disc clutch 4, the differential case 1 and both driven shafts L, R are rotated in one body to radically increase transmitting torque.
