PURPOSE:To realize an automatic assembly and nonadjustment of filter, by using a dielectric resonator that is a solidified resonator. CONSTITUTION:The through hole 12 is provided to the inside of a cylindrical dielectric substance 10, and the electric conductor 11 is provided on both the entire internal and external surfaces at the side of hole 12 of the dielectric 10 by the electroless plating, the silver paste baking and the like. Then a part of the external conductor layer 11 provided near the end part at the side of the upper surface 13 of the dielectric 10, and an insulated part 14 is secured in a certain width and into a belt-shape at the outer circumference of the dielectric 10. The layer 11 is used for an electrode to form a lambda/4-type TEM dielectric resonator 15. Then the terminal patterns 17 and 18 for dielectric resonator are distributed, and the input and output are carried out with the capacity connection by the electrode patterns 16 and 19. |
