Procedure of gasification of combustible solids, particularly low cost combustible solids such as scraps of wood and chipboard, solid biomasses in general, solid urban refuse, peat, lignite, fossil carbons and other. Said solid fuels feed a gas producer and are preventively stored in a pre-loading zone, being thereto transferred, as required, to be combusted in the combustion zone. The pyrolysis gases and the products of distillation, which are formed in the gasification phase, are taken to be totally or partially pre-combusted before being sent to the true and actual combustion zone of the gas producer. The volatile products still present in the combustible gas escaping from the gas producer are then separated to be pre-combusted before being sent to the combustion zone of the gas producer. Apparatus of solid gasification of fuels, adopting the procedure above, constituting a gas producer (10, 110, 210) having a pre-loading silo (11), a gasification silo (12) and a heat source (13), with overturned combustion flame type (fig. 1), or direct flame type (figs. 2 and 3), presenting a pre-combustion chamber (23, 123) connected by means of an outtake (24) of the pyrolysis gas and the distilled products and connected also to a heat exchanger (28) for the condensation of the volatile products still present in the combustible gas resulting from the gas producer (10, 110, 210), This combustion chamber (23, 123) is directly in communication with the heat source (13) of the gas producer (10, 110, 210). |
