Proposed is an electrical power component (1) with a fixation and cooling vane (1) which is linked to a heat sink (5) in such a way that it is in thermal contact with the heat sink but electrically insulated from it. This is done by bonding a ceramic plate (3) to the back of the cooling vane (2) to insulate it electrically and ensure efficient conduction of heat to the heat sink (5).
