The twist grip has a carrier (14, 17), fastened to handle bars (1), and a twist grip part, which is connected via a flexible cable to a derailleur. This is returned to an end position by a spring. A gear changer (19) between carrier and twist grip, permits the grip to be locked in positions, corresponding to relative positions of chain and chain wheels. The carrier has a device, to fasten it to a body (4), which in turn is fastened to the handle bars, and carriers a brake lever (5). The twist grip is formed as a spherical knob, and fastened to the top of the body. USE - For racing handlebar on bicycle.
