PURPOSE:To shut off crosstalk due to induction noise between adjacent inner leads and prevent malfunction by providing a conductor layer in concentric shape through an insulation layer at a surrounding of the inner leads. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part upper-stage horizontal plane around a part where a ceramic element 1 is placed is coated with an insulation layer 6 and an inner lead 2 which is electromagnetically shielded by a conductor layer 7 is provided. Then, the conductor layer 7 and the insulation layer 6 on an upper surface of a tip part of a lead 2 are opened for providing a window. Then, a semiconductor chip 3 is mounted to an element-mounting part of a package and an electrode 4 which is provided on the chip 3 and the lead 2 of window are connected by a metal thin wire 5. Thus, crosstalk between the adjacent inner leads is shut off and malfunction is reduced to cope with high integration. |
