The subject-matter is identical to that of the Specification 1,220,399 but the claims relate to the plug-like nature of the extrusion die, i.e. sleeve extension (30), Fig. 1 (not shown), on die part (29) which sealingly slides within the mouth of barrel (B) and has a chamfered upstream end (30a) to direct material along annulus 31 communicating with orifices (28a, 29a).
