A gear housing (2) has an axle (21) driven by a worm wheel (3) from an electric motor. A conveyor disc (4) has a shaft connection (41) concentrically embracing the axle (21), protruding axially on the side remote from the worm wheel (3). This has external splines (44) for form-fitting rotation not only of a cable drum disc axially plugged onto the free end of the axle to operate a cable-type window lift, but also of a drive cog of an arm- or scissors-type window lift. Either the cable winding disc or the drive cog are fitted with internal splines to engage the external splines. The conveyor disc (4) may be of plastic, snap-fitted to the axle via radial elastic tongues (211) cooperating with hooks. A seal system (D1,D2) may be provided. |
