发明名称 DEVELOPING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To make the charging potential of the one component insulating toner stable to low and high humidities and decrease the fluctuations of image density by containing an org. polymer having the specific tertiary N in the member surface of a sleeve or the like which can impart charge by contacting the toner. CONSTITUTION:A sonl. of the org. polymer having the structural unit expressed by the formula (R1, R2 are saturated hydrocarbon groups of C1-12, R1 and R2 may form rings), for example, a copolymer of styrene and diethylaminoethyl methacrylate, a copolymer of N-vinyl carbazole and styrene or the like is coated on the sleeve surface of a non-magnetic cylinder 4b of a magnet roll 9 or the like for the purpose of frictionally charging the insulating toner 11 using no carrier particles, followed by drying, whereby the film is formed. In this way, the uniform thin film free from unevenness is obtained and the images which are durable and cause virtually no degradation in image quality in low-temp. and low-humidity or high- temp. and high-humidity states are obtained.
