The wind vanes/arms are of semi-circular resp. oval shape. They give great wind-resistance, in the transverse direction, and are very streamlined in the opposite of lined direction. The vanes ar ehorizontally mounted, to increase performance. The windmill assembly may incorporate an infinitely variable gear between the rotor and the generator. USE - Windmill for power generation.
