<p>A clamping arrangement includes taper sleeves which are movable axially towards each other and upon movement in a specific direction open outward radially, so that an outer component can be clamped on a shaft. The axial displacement of the taper sleeves towards each other takes place by means of a screw sleeve with threads of differing pitch, engaging in corresponding threads on the ends of the taper sleeves lying outside a clamping region. The clamping can be produced or released by turning the screw sleeve in one direction or the other.</p> |
