PURPOSE:To obtain a new strain for high-speed culture of the whole year, providing Lentinus edodes having a perfectly round shape and small variability in individual shape by growing a specific strain of Lentinus edodes in a culture medium. CONSTITUTION:The objective strain wherein strain of fungus of Lentinus edodes of FERM P-11,658 is grown in a given culture medium to provide Lentinus edodes. |
