<p>PURPOSE:To avoid a curve at the time of bonding by integrally constituting the support part in a hollow part along with half split bodies and forming a hollow part support member from an elastic material to provide the same to the hollow part between upper and lower half split bodies. CONSTITUTION:A lower half split body 2 is set to the recessed part of a lower mold jig 20 and flat and slightly wide sponge elastomers 3, 4 are fixed and set to the inner surface of the lower half split body 2 by an adhesive in the vicinity of the central part and both end parts thereof as an elastomers having elasticity capable of supporting the wt. of an upper half split body 1. Subsequently, an adhesive 5 is applied to the bonding surface of the peripheral edge part 21 of the lower half split body 2. The recessed part 12 of the lower mold jig 20 is brought into contact with the upper half split body 1 under pressure by an upper mold jig 10 and the bonding surfaces of peripheral edge parts 11, 21 are matched, held and bonded. Since the upper half split body is pressed to the lower half split body while the hollow part between both bodies is supported to be bonded thereto, the central part of the upper half split body is not deformed and the bonding surfaces of the peripheral edge parts generate no positional shift and the bonding part of both bodies is sufficiently filled with an adhesive.</p> |
