PURPOSE: To provide a method for extracting impurities from a natural cellulose product comprising such a process that a to-be-treated product is charged into a kettle followed by exhaustion, and then impregnated with a treatment liquid and subsequently subjected to extraction treatment under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION: This method for extracting impurities from a natural cellulose product comprises the following process: a to-be-treated product in the form of a linter, floc, thread or beam is charged into a kettle followed by exhaustion, and impregnated with a treatment liquid incorporated with an alkaline liquid, acid or other chemical substance(s) (e.g. dispersant, emulsifier, wetting agent, sequestering agent, antioxidant, oxidizing agent) in a bath ratio <3; subsequently, saturated steam is passed and allowed to flow through the to-be-treated product until a maximum 8 bar overpressure is attained in the kettle, and kept at the resultant pressure for 1-5 min; after depressurizing the kettle, the to-be- treated product is introduced into a washing process. |
