<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate influence of a colorant such as active carbon and to efficiently handle a large amount of beads by separately and inclusively immobilizing a protoplast and a nurse cell to two kinds of calcium alginate beads having a different size. CONSTITUTION:A protoplast and a nurse cell are separately and inclusively immobilized to two kinds of calcium alginate beads having a uniform size, respectively and a mutually different sized, blended and cultured. The two kinds of calcium alginate beads having separately and inclusively immobilize to the protoplast or the nurse cell, for example, are obtained by suspending the protoplast or the nurse cell in an aqueous solution of sodium alginate and dripping the suspension from nozzles having a different inner diameter, respectively to an aqueous solution of calcium chloride.</p> |
