PURPOSE:To improve assembly workability by molding a plastic material mixed with a metallic filler having projecting plastic bank on an end edge, and then removing the plastic bank and forming a filler exposed section on the surface. CONSTITUTION:A filler exposed section 4 is formed on a finished molded product on an upper component 8 with its surface covered by a skin layer 5, and for the purpose of providing productivity, first, plastic bank 3 is heated up to 80 deg.C to 100 deg.C and softened. After that, a swelling section 11 is drawn in a manner of plucking off, and a metallic filler 1 is exposed outside, and then a material covering the periphery of the metallic filler 1 is dissolved by a solvent to form the filler exposed section 4. The plastic bank 3 in the upper component 8 is of the shape having the swelling section 11 at the end, while the columnar plastic bank 3 is formed in a lower component 7, and the filler exposed section 4 is formed by removing the stagnant plastic 3 from the position shown by the broken line. |
