POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE RESIN HEAT-RESISTANT CONTAINER

PURPOSE:To provide higher heat resistance by laminating a non-crystalline unoriented polyethylene terephthalate resin layers on both faces of a polypropylene tank through bonding layers to manufacture a laminate sheet composed of a specified thickness non-crystalline unoriented polyethylene terephthalate resin layer, a specified thickness propylene resin layer and the specified value of total thickness and deep draw molding said laminate sheet by the compressed air-vacuum molding method in a specified ratio of the depth of a container to the diameter of opening applied therein. CONSTITUTION:A laminate sheet formed by polypropylene layers with a polyethylene terephthalate resin layer in between through bonding layers is used as a material, and said laminate sheet is composed of a 100-500mu non-crystalline unoriented polyethylene terephthalate resin layer and a 100-250mu polypropylene resin layer, and its total thickness is 450-800mu. A container manufactured from said laminate sheet by the compressed air vacuum molding method in which deep draw molding is carried out in a ratio of 0.8 or more of the depth of the container to the diameter of opening is provided with upgraded resistance, and as the heat shrinkage is not generated even under the high temperature atmosphere at the time of filling, no deformation is generated.
