CONSTITUTION:At the time of finishing the upper face of a bottom mold material and the inside peripheral surface of the left and the right side mold materials by machining, as for an outside part 5a and an inside part 5b of a shape being near a linear shape in the upper face outside peripheral edge 3 and the inside peripheral surface upper edge 4, they are formed to a repeated waveform 7 by executing successively machining such as cutting, etc., at every shape unit A of a repeated waveform in a state that the mold material remains fixed, and as for the toe part 6a and the heel part 6b of a curved shape, they are formed to the repeated waveform 7 by executing successively machining such as cutting, etc., while rotating the mold material at every shape unit A of the repeated waveform centering around points (P), (q). In such a way, injection molding shoes having a high-grade sense such as handmade shoes can be formed. |
